An icredibly long verse and even more powerful. It is basically saying that everything has a purpose.
Like rain waters all our plants and makes them grow and it will not die until it's work is done it will go to heaven once all crops are strong and healthy. In that way we know that we all have proper purpose if you are a blood donor you save someones life by giving that person life that gives you purpose!
